Residence Inn by Marriott Palm Desert

Enjoyed our stay here. Rooms had lots of space. (We needed to ask for more dishes, but service was good). Note: no elevator to 2nd floor. Breakfast was excellent - so many options! There were a lot of people, but they kept it stocked and there was always somewhere to sit. One negative: we were allowed to use pool and hot tub at Marriott Courtyard next door. One night visit to hot tub destroyed my $140 bathing suit. Thankfully I was told about the discount swimwear store called Glossy. Got a new one $35.

My family stays here often! Clean rooms, kitchen has utensils, cups, and plates. I really wish the jetted tubs were cleaner, but the other tubs have all been very clean any other stay. Staff was friendly and accommodating. 3 minutes away from the 10 fwy, with several restaurant choices nearby.

Overall, it was a pretty good experience. I've stayed a t more than a few Residence Inns, and this one is on top of the list. Only hiccup was checking in. Has a pool ,tennis court, and a gym. If you want, you can grill in the back. They have wifi available and I suggest you use it. A good stay.

This was a great place to stay. Clean and friendly staff. The room was spacious and well kept up

The rooms are clean and comfortable, but some things were in disrepair, which was unfortunate. Many of the rooms' back patio lights were burned out, and our desk chair fell apart with our child sitting on it. For the pull-out bed, front desk informed us that a sheet set was in the closet, but it was not; and when they did not have anyone available to bring it to us, we had to go to the front desk to get it. A minor inconvenience, but it seemed like their communication was perhaps sub-par. The hotel menu on the TV said that the pool closed at 11, but it closed at 9pm, which meant we missed it every night--a major frustration when it is 108 degrees outside. Finally, breakfast in the morning was great, with a good selection of items. Front desk was friendly and polite, but again, there were some communication frustrations.

I had an enjoyable stay for Coachella weekend 2. The room was spacious, practical, and clean. The gym was also very spacious and clean. Didn’t use the pool but it was a sparkling blue and adults were using it throughout the day. Housekeeping was always on site and nearby. The breakfast options weren’t bad just typical breakfast foods and clean dining area. Will definitely go back for future festivals.

A great experience! Stayed 10 nights over the holiday. Check in was easy, my room was per my request for location. I highly recommend Bldg 1 or Bldg 2 up stairs with a view of the golf course. Balcony was a nice size with two chairs/table. Beautiful scenery of the mountain range and the landscape. Breakfast was included and met basic needs for hotel-style breakfast. Compliments to Front Desk personnel, especially Aurora, who twice solved my internet problem. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay, Heather at the front desk was amazing. She helped us choose our room to be close to the pool. The room was perfect and super clean. The breakfast had everything you would hope for. We are looking forward to our next visit.
